Document outlining operational and financial management methods. It covers the work plan, activities schedule and deadlines, financial management regulations, responsibilities, duties, and monitoring methods and instruments.

D5.2 - QUALITY ASSURANCE FRAMEWORK

Document outlining quality requirements for processes and activities, quality management methods, and responsibilities for each of them. It will comprise guidelines, templates, evaluation forms, and a Quality Assurance Checklist.
